IT Service Operations Engineer

Experience background:
Familiar with the full-chain management of hardware assets from Stock-in - Distribution - Inventory - Recycling - Scrapping. Experience in handling a large number of scattered assets (asset management across multiple branches);
Familiar with the local logistics ecosystem in Brazil, with experience in establishing asset operation management systems and operations;
Has IT asset management experience, capable of conducting complex reconciliation of accounts and physical inventory, ensuring EAM data consistency with physical inventory;
Must Have:
Experience in full lifecycle management of hardware assets (HAM), preferably with experience managing distributed assets across multiple branches.
Familiarity with the Brazilian local logistics ecosystem (e.g., Correios, Loggi) and experience building reverse logistics systems (e.g., home pickup).
