IT Service Operations Engineer

Experience background:

• Familiar with the full-chain management of hardware assets from Stock-in - Distribution - Inventory - Recycling - Scrapping. Experience in handling a large number of scattered assets (asset management across multiple branches);
• Familiar with the local logistics ecosystem in Brazil, with experience in establishing asset operation management systems and operations;
• Has IT asset management experience, capable of conducting complex reconciliation of accounts and physical inventory, ensuring EAM data consistency with physical inventory;

Must Have:

• Experience in full lifecycle management of hardware assets (HAM), preferably with experience managing distributed assets across multiple branches.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian local logistics ecosystem (e.g., Correios, Loggi) and experience building reverse logistics systems (e.g., home pickup).
