• Assist end users in migrating their existing on-premises SharePoint team sites to Microsoft Teams environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the migration process, ensuring smooth transition for all users.
• Utilise migration tools, including Avepoint FLY migration tool, to support efficient migration processes.
• Respond promptly to user queries and provide clear guidance across various technical skill levels.
• Adopt systematic approaches to troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.
• Document problems encountered, solutions implemented and maintain comprehensive records of migration progress and user feedback.
• Maintain professional communication standards throughout all user interactions.
