Job Description

1. Technical Support : Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users by addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues during assigned shifts.

2. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to ensure uninterrupted operations.

3. Incident Management : Receive and log user-reported issues, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and work towards timely resolutions, and elevate problems to senior team members when necessary.

4. Maintenance and Upgrades : Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network systems, including performing upgrades and patches.

5. Inventory Management : Assist in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and peripherals, ensuring proper documentation and asset tracking.
