IT Software Developer

The IT Software Developer (Level 4) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and automation workflows between Rally and Jira using Python, Java, and REST APIs. The role requires advanced technical expertise in scripting, automation, and API integration to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure seamless data synchronization across IT systems. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to support Rally onboarding, maintain system performance, and deliver automation solutions in an Agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract and process data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) for reporting.
• Ensure uptime, performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
