IT Software Developer (Rally product support)

Overview

Experienced (mid-level to senior level) who can efficiently manage Python scripting, Java and ideally having worked with REST API’s. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in writing code, scripting, integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jira and Rally via API integration. This role requires problem-solving skills, and automation expertise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Automate/Configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed; ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of Rally product.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/Fleets to Rally
