Role: IT Software License Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 6 Months (with a possibility of extension) Work Hours: UST Time Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote Join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team under Enterprise Architecture and help drive license compliance, cost optimization, and effective software governance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze software usage to identify underutilized licenses and cost-saving opportunities Manage license tracking, entitlements, and usage across systems Support internal/external software audits and license compliance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and license procurement Work with SAM tools (ServiceNow) and vendor software portals Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders Requirements: 14 years of relevant experience Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (IT/CS or related) Strong understanding of software licensing and SAM methodologies Excellent analytical, ...
