Role: IT Software License Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 Months+ (with a possibility of extension)

Work Hours: UST Time

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote


Join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team under Enterprise Architecture and help drive license compliance, cost optimization, and effective software governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze software usage to identify underutilized licenses and cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage license tracking, entitlements, and usage across systems
  • Support internal/external software audits and license compliance
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and license procurement
