IT Solutions Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Mendix to streamline IT processes.
• Develop automation workflows for Jira and Confluence to improve task management and reporting.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for IT performance metrics, process KPIs, and automation insights.
• Utilize Azure Data Factory for ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Manage JSEAP Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
• Create and maintain Confluence templates for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document frameworks, standards, and best practices for IT operations in JSEAP.
