Robert Half has partnered with a leading Australian organisation within the agricultural industrial / supply chain sector is seeking an experienced Solution Manager to take ownership of a critical portfolio of enterprise applications supporting large-scale operational and commercial activities.

Reporting into senior leadership, this role is accountable for end-to-end software lifecycle management, ensuring digital solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to both local business needs and global technology standards. You will work closely with business leaders, global IT service lines, and external partners to drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term value from the application landscape.
