ONLY - B.Tech / B.E candidates Required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering roles)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, portals, referrals)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
1. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, and other platforms to source and identify candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Send hundreds of outbound inMails and emails daily, targeting top talent for open positions.
