Responsibilities

:

  • Lead and support sourcing activities for digital technology and contact center solutions.

  • Manage RFPs, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and NDAs.

  • Utilize Ariba for procurement and contract management.

  • Track savings, insights, and sourcing performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

    • Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in sourcing/procurement for digital technology, contact centers, or related categories.

  • Familiarity with online banking systems, bots, wire transfers, and call center technologies.

  • Strong technical aptitude; background in supply chain, data science, or computer science is a plus.

  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

  • Experience with Ariba preferred.
