Job Title: Sourcing SpecialistJob Description
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will focus on identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying top talent for mission-critical IT roles across the enterprise. This role requires leveraging proactive sourcing strategies, market insights, and data-driven approaches to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, DevOps, and IT leadership.
Responsibilities
+ Build robust candidate pipelines for IT roles at all levels using direct sourcing, Boolean search, social recruiting, referrals, and external communities.
+ Map tech talent markets to understand skill availability, competitive benchmarks, compensation trends, and proactive pipelines for future needs.
+ Maintain and manage talent pools in ATS (e.g., Workday) to support ongoing requisitions and future demand.
+ Initiate outreach to passive and active tech professionals via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack communities, and networking events.
+ Develop compelling outreach messaging tailored to IT personas and the employer brand.
+ Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates' technical experience and cultural fit prior to submission.
+ Provide market insights and regular updates on pipeline health, challenges, and competitor activity.
+ Support interview scheduling, data tracking, and candidate feedback loops to ensure efficient process flow.
+ Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on analytics, feedback, and evolving hiring needs.
+ Contribute to employer branding initiatives focused on IT talent attraction, including events, digital content, and coding bootcamp partnerships.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or RPO) with demonstrated success in IT/technology roles.
+ Strong understanding of tech roles and competencies (software development, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data).
+ Advanced Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, ATS, job boards).
+ Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working west coast hours (8-5 PT).
+ Experience participating in two rounds of interviews.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while adhering to west coast hours (8-5 PT).

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
