IT Specialist

We are currently looking for an IT Specialist who is responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems that Bohol Offshoring uses to maintain computer and software networks. Their duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software, and tracking the data and communications used on their network.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to end-users for software and hardware problems.
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and ensure network security.
