Scope of the Position
- Good communicator capable of operating well under pressure.
- Adaptable and ability to lead/embrace change.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance requirements, initiatives and practices through promotion and consistent operation of controls in execution of daily responsibilities.
- Maintain computer systems. Currently running on Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows 11 OS including backups, restoring and storage and monitoring procedures.
- Monitoring and maintaining systems to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.
- Maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.
- Managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers during the production shift
- Tracking and updating hardware, software and contract information within corporate configuration management database.
