  • Manage and maintain the hotel's computer networks, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for all hardware and software used within the hotel, including computers, printers, POS systems, property management systems (PMS), point of sale systems, and other specialized hotel applications.
  •  Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by hotel staff or guests in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the hotel's IT infrastructure from cyber threats, including malware, viruses, and unauthorized access.
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or data breaches.
