As an IT Technician, you will be monitoring, maintaining and upgrading the computer systems and networks, diagnosing hardware and software faults. The IT Technician will oversee the smooth running of computer systems and programs whilst ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Provide IT support to our Admin & Operations team.
● Assist with computer, phone, and desk set up for new hires, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
● Answer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. ● Order replacement hardware or new software needed for operations.
● Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
