Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users (helpdesk);
Manage and maintain IT assets (hardware and software);
Support networking-related activities (basic configuration, troubleshooting, and connectivity);
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents;
Log, track, and resolve support tickets;
Ensure compliance with IT best practices and procedures.
