Your responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and systems.
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage access controls across systems.
- Provide technical assistance to employees or clients, addressing hardware and software issues, login problems, and general IT-related questions.
- Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problems.
- Deploy and maintain software applications used by the organization, ensuring compatibility with systems and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Use ticketing systems to log and track technical issues, ensuring proper documentation of steps taken to resolve problems.
Your profile
- Federal Diploma, similar or higher education - or relevant specialist knowledge
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows desktop administration and familiar with Office 365, MS Teams, SCCM, Intune, BitLocker and antivirus installation ...
