Job Specifications

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications.

  • Support daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network resources, and key processes.

  • Help perform regular security updates, system backups, and data recovery procedures.

  • Respond to and resolve user technical support requests (hardware, software, and network issues).

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, network equipment).

  • Assist in maintaining and improving internal systems or websites using programming languages such Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, or PHP.

  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in the Company’s current System
