IT Specialist

The IT Specialist is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day IT support across all Canadian offices, including Red Bull Canada (RBCA) locations and Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) warehouses. This role provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations for end‑users. The IT Specialist will actively work to enhance user satisfaction by leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes and adhering to global IT standards. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate and secure inventory of end‑user devices, branch office IT equipment and services, as well as supporting local IT and business projects.
