Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support to internal users
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system updates
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
