A graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or any computer-related course.

Knowledgeable with Windows operating system, Email, Internet, Basic computer parts, basic networking, OS and software installation.

Knowledgeable in desktop, Laptop PC operation, hardware and basic troubleshooting.
