Role Overview

Director – Sales / Senior Sales Manager (APAC Staffing & Recruitment)

Location: India (APAC Market Focus – Hong Kong & Southeast Asia)

We are seeking a Director – Sales / Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our IT Staffing & Recruitment business across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Hong Kong and key Asian markets. The role will be based in India and will own regional revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and long-term strategic partnerships.

This position plays a critical role in scaling Nityo’s APAC staffing footprint and driving cross-border staffing solutions for global and regional clients.
