Job Description
As IT Student worker together with 10 other team members, we are working closely with various Agile Methodologies which enable us to provide our partners with a proactive and value-adding service. You will be part of a Walkup Service Product Team and provide the support that needs local proximity on site. Within the team, you will have a Service Owner setting the direction and prioritization of your work, and a Competency Leader who will help you to unlock your potential and deliver the committed work.
As an IT End-user support team, we're responsible for all lines of local and remote IT support to the business, with support from our internal Global Service Desk and Digital Product teams.
