I.T. Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage IT personnel and daily IT operations

• Design, implement, and maintain IT and OT network infrastructures

• Oversee and support SCADA and industrial control systems (ICS)

• Ensure implementation of cybersecurity best practices across IT and OT environments

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and network issues

• Plan and execute system integration projects in coordination with management and clients

• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards

• Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, or related field
