Overview

Responsible in leading a team and enhance our information systems and IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing operations technical support, and system performance while ensuring operational efficiency and security compliance. The supervisor will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning, process improvement, and maintaining high levels of service for our IT operations.
