IT Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT systems across F&B operations (POS systems, inventory software, ERP, accounting systems).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of POS systems in restaurants/outlets.
• Manage data security, backups, and system access control.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and software.
• Support system upgrades, installations, and integrations.
• Provide IT support and training to staff when required.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Gained 2-3 years of IT experience (experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality is an advantage).
