Job Summary
The IT Supervisor oversees daily IT operations across retail branches and sister companies, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency. The role includes supervising the IT team, providing hands-on technical support, and aligning IT initiatives with business needs.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
-3–5 years of IT operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
-Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and end-user support
-Working knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
-Experience supporting retail or multi-branch environments is an advantage
-Willing to work full onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South)
