Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to users via phone, email, or helpdesk tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues (Windows/macOS)
- Set up and maintain email accounts, calendars, and file-sharing systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Teams, GoDaddy)
- Assist with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and resolve user concerns
- Implement and uphold data security standards in alignment with Canadian PHIPA- equivalent guidelines
- Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of sensitive client and patient information
- Perform other ad hoc administrative or technical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
