Responsibilities

  • Provide remote IT support to users via phone, email, or helpdesk tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues (Windows/macOS)
  • Set up and maintain email accounts, calendars, and file-sharing systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Teams, GoDaddy)
  • Assist with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and resolve user concerns
  • Implement and uphold data security standards in alignment with Canadian PHIPA- equivalent guidelines
  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of sensitive client and patient information
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative or technical tasks as assigned

Qualifications
