A US-based company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team 100% remotely from Argentina. The role focuses on day-to-day technical support for internal users, including VIP / Executive-level stakeholders. Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication with US-based teams).


Requisitos

  • Experience with Windows troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience using ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
  • Previous exposure to VIP / Executive Support
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Advanced / fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to have

  • iOS troubleshooting
  • Experience creating or improving documentation and processes
  • Basic knowledge or experience with Active Directory
