- Provide responsive support for end-user hardware and software issues, including desktops,
laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities using ticketing systems
- Monitor and support network connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and configuring IT equipment for new
hires and deactivating accounts for departing employees
- Maintain and organize IT inventory, ensuring availability of spare equipment and timely
procurement
