- Help end users in using the PLM system effectively
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for user-related problems.
- Provide support for existing Windchill 12.1.2.x system, including resolving issues and answering user queries.
- **_CAD Administration Support:_**
- Help with CAD software installation, configuration, and licensing.
- Troubleshoot CAD software issues and provide solutions to users.
- **_Basic Support on Other Engineering Applications:_**
- Provide guidance and solutions for common issues encountered by users.
Contribute to Troubleshooting and Knowledge Documentation
Contribute to historical data reporting and trend analysis for operational and improvement opportunities
