Education:

  • College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field preferred or similar experience

    • Computer Skills:

  • A+ Certification or similar a must

    • Other Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies: (include the ability to manage and supervise staff, if required; the ability to travel or speak foreign languages, if necessary,

  • Minimum 3-5 years previous technical experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to carry/lift/move up to 50 lbs. on occasion, depending on product or materials.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to occasionally work overnight shifts and weekends as needed on a team rotation schedule.
