Description:
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for handling requests and providing operational first and second line IT technical support to all end-users in the region, resolving incidents wherever possible at first point of contact within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes whilst providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Be the go-to IT expert across APAC, delivering first-line and onsite support on hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
