Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have experience in tackling various hardware and software problems. The role involves user support and troubleshooting with some system administration duties.



Responsibilities

•Respond to tickets (hardware, software, login issues)

• Password resets, printer setup, basic troubleshooting

• Maintain logs and asset records

• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals

• Manage software installations and updates

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users

• Maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, file shares

• Manage user accounts, group policies, and patching

• Monitor performance and security of systems

• Backup and recovery operations

• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online

• Troubleshoot email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive issues

• Support cloud migrations and licensing

• Configure conditional access and MFA

• Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs

• Monitor network performance and uptime

• Respond to outages or latency issues

• Support VLAN, DNS, DHCP configurations

• Support anti-virus, firewall, endpoint protection



Qualifications

• Holder of Computer & Communications Engineering degree

• 5+ years of experience in related field

• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills

• Hands-on experience

• Willing to travel
