Job Summary

The IT Support Assistant provides IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and supports users through timely troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Support & Operations
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, systems, and basic network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, email, and business applications
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT support or vendors when required
  • User Support & Communication
  • Respond promptly to IT support requests via email and other assigned support channels
  • Track, update, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution
