Role Description


The IT Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal users on all IT-related matters, providing timely technical support and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and email accounts
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required
  • Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, and data backups
