Responsibilities
- End to end stock management
- HW inventory from SD perspective and Hardware break fix
- Understanding Work from Home Equipment and related Policies
- Hardware review / stock organization
- Registering new deliveries and coordinating orders and flagging stock requirements/shortages
- Responsible for onboarding process - make sure laptops are prepared and packed for the newcomers in timely manner
- Responsible for offboarding - make sure laptops are retrieved from the leavers and follow up where needed
- Knowledge on machine deployment needed (JAMF/Intune/SCCM) and should be able to reinstall the units for the user when necessary (equipment preparation)
- Intune/Windows - Overview of Windows environment from SD perspective
- Jss/MacOS - Overview of MacOS environment from SD perspective
- Experience in Linux deployment
