Landers Superstore Cebu is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert, ensuring our store’s technology systems—from point-of-sale to back-office networks—run smoothly to support daily retail operations and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues within the Cebu store.
• Install, configure, and maintain retail technology systems (e.g., POS terminals, scanners, inventory systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize store downtime.
