A Singapore-based beauty and wellness brand, we're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to strengthen our digital infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity across our growing ecosystem of wellness boutiques and AI platforms.
Your Role:
Set up and manage Microsoft 365 accounts, emails, and user access for new employees.
Troubleshoot laptop, printer, and Wi-Fi/network issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Maintain smooth operations across all digital touchpoints — from retail outlets to cloud systems.
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure and network troubleshooting, with a customer-first mindset on troubleshooting problems
