Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 5.5 work day week (Saturday standby WFH)
Working Hours: 0900hrs to 1800hrs / 0900hrs to 1300hrs (Sat)
Remuneration: $1,800 to $2,500
Support
Provide troubleshooting support for the client's IT infrastructure and/or user's issues/challenges by onsite or remote or both
Provide quarterly health check assessment and work and provide workaround/rectification needed for any work after the assessment
Escalating unresolved problems to senior level support
Create and update documentation and tickets to the Company's ticketing systems.
Alert management of potential critical situations. Monitor critical client problems untilthey are resolved
Projects
Set up, install, configure and test computer and network systems
Accept Project Assignment and communicate status to Project Manager
