**About the role**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Assist clients in the installation, configuration and operation of virtual reality equipment and systems.
- Provide remote and occasionally on-site technical support to resolve incidents related to software, hardware and connectivity.
- Manage requests through Help Desk tools, ensuring an efficient and high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the global support team to escalate issues when necessary.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Completed or unfinished degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related career
