The Role

In this role you will join a collaborative IT Support team of 6 staff members, providing Level 2 support to end users and devices across Australia via phone, emails and walk-ups.

This role is 5 days a week onsite based in Mulgrave. Operating hours are between 8am - 6pm and shift times will be 7.6 hours per day.

Please note for this role you will be required to obtain a national Police Check.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years full time working experience in a Service Desk or IT Support position.
