Job Description
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday, alternate Wednesdays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours, including remote assistance when required.
- Monitor network and server health; support production/tester networks; escalate emergencies (basic TCP/IP knowledge required).
- Troubleshoot production label printing issues.
- Conduct IT audits and training; ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle IT asset procurement, installation, configuration, license renewals, and account management.
- Maintain internal knowledge base; assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Troubleshoot system/application faults and resolve hardware/software problems.
