Job Description

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday, alternate Wednesdays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours, including remote assistance when required.
  • Monitor network and server health; support production/tester networks; escalate emergencies (basic TCP/IP knowledge required).
  • Troubleshoot production label printing issues.
  • Conduct IT audits and training; ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle IT asset procurement, installation, configuration, license renewals, and account management.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base; assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Troubleshoot system/application faults and resolve hardware/software problems.
