Based in Zurich, our client is a growing IT provider supporting business across Switzerland. They are expanding their service desk team and are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer.

About the Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to customers via phone and remote access, ensuring fast and effective resolution of technical issues. You'll handle incidents independently, install and maintain hardware and software, document solutions, and collaborate closely with system engineers and project teams.
