The IT Support Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless technical operations within the organization. This professional is tasked with delivering desk-side IT support addressing hardware software and peripheral device challenges faced by end users. They are responsible for the management and operation of audio-visual systems facilitating smooth presentations and live events in auditoriums and meeting spaces. Additionally the engineer maintains sound systems and supports hybrid meeting rooms equipped with Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions. Their responsibilities further include providing backup support for IT-Factory system operations all while adhering to established IT policies and procedures.
