IT Support Engineer
Location: Andover, MA (100% Onsite)
Contract: 12+ Months (Part of a 3‑year project)
Industry: Biotech / Organ Transport Technology (White‑Glove Environment)
Schedule: (10‑hour shifts; Wed - Sun 6am to 4pm and Sun-Wed 4pm-2am.)
Overview
We are supporting a global biotech organization specializing in live organ donor transport, and we are looking to fill two openings on the IT Support team. The team provides mission‑critical support across a mixed Mac/Windows environment with a strong focus on customer-facing, white‑glove service.
Job Responsibilities
+ Provide onsite end‑user support for both Mac and Windows systems
+ Respond to support calls, emails, walk‑ups, and escalations
+ Perform software & hardware break/fix
+ Build and deploy new images
+ Manage incidents and ticket updates/closures
+ Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
