IT Support Engineer 1st & 2nd Line - Contract - Outside IR35
On-site role - Auchterarder
We're supporting an organisation in Auchterarder as they look to bring in an experienced IT Support Engineer to support a busy, customer-facing environment during a key period of work.
This is a hands-on, fully on-site contract role, ideal for a 1st- and 2nd-line support engineer who enjoys working closely with users, delivering excellent service, and supporting Windows 11 upgrade activity alongside day-to-day IT support.
Role responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing a friendly, professional, and high-quality support experience
Logging, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes, escalating to L2/L3 engineers where required
