Job Description

The IT Support Specialist shall be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and support of eClinical Solutions employees and computer systems

The IT Support Specialist will gain the skills necessary to effectively support various application across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to the employees of eClinical, both local and remote. You will also participate in department activities including systems imaging, user access management, administrative tasks, and project activities as needed.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and support the company's network infrastructure, including desktops, servers and hosted applications.
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day technical support for local and remote users as required.
